Lets say Danny wants to go all in and win now and the Blake rumors turn out to be true.

I will note they do not have the drafts pick listed yet, that another $5.5M or so.Putting our cap with holds at about $118M.

First the trade on draft night.
Danny sends Bradley, Crowder and #1 pick to Chicago for Butler and #16 pick.
Danny drafts one of Jarrett Allen, Bam Adebayo or John Collins at #16 and Josh Hart at #37.
Butler over George because he is under contract for TWO more full years.
Cap implication- save about $2M, putting us at $116M ( $15M over).

Next Danny renounces Amir, Jerebko, Kelly, Young and does not pick up Zellers second year.
Cap implications- Saves $43.6M in cap holds, putting us at about $29M UNDER the cap.

Blake signs as FA using the $29M in space available. Cap implications- AT the cap now.

Danny signs Yabusele and Zizic to rookie deals along with Nader to a minimum deal and Re-sign Green (who we did NOT renounce).

( A starting five that can match up to any team in the NBA)

Danny will have the mid-level exception ($8.4M) to sign a vet , in my mind a stretch 4 to replace Kelly and give the team the depth they need up front. Patrick Patterson and Dante Cunningham are two players that come to mind right now for me

Danny also would have the BI-annual exception ($3.2M) to use if needed.

trading #1 for #3 and the 2018 Lakers first.

now we can trade #3, Bradley, Crowder (need the cap space from both) and the Lakers 2018 first also. We keep the Nets pick next season then.

all of the above could stay the same to get Blake or Millsap here as a FA then.
