TERRY ROZIER POSTS 'HERE TODAY, GONE TOMORROW' ON SNAPCHAT

By CSN Staff July 06, 2017 5:20 PM

Is Terry Rozier on his way out of town? A cryptic Snapchat post might lead to such a question.

The 16th overall pick in the 2015 draft, Rozier doesn't make an awful lot (a $3.05 million team option), but he could potentially be included in one of Boston's forthcoming deals. His post from Thursday might not have had anything to do with basketball, but it did seem ominous.

When will these kids learn to keep social media at bay when things like this are going on. There is nothing secret any more. I am sure the kid feels lousy to be mentioned in this trade talks, but, a time and a place for everything

From what we hear about how supportive the organization is, the history, the character of the players, the quality of the coaching, etc. it's got to be hard for the younger players to put themselves in "it's a business" mode. They're human and it's an emotional thing to think that the attachment could be suddenly severed. What they say doesn't have much effect on what happens anyway.

You are right there, these kids have ego's, they are young, and listen to what is said about them in the press, on tv, etc. Tommy was a great one for expressing how he feels about certain players. Kelly being the biggest one, but he loves Smart. What must HE be thinking during this time of change. It is tough on all.

I know I, as a fan, have had favorite players get traded or leave the team and am bothered by it. So I can imagine how these kids feel. I just am not used to this social media stuff

Bradley, Crowder, Smart, and Rozier all dangled in trade rumors. Even if they come back it won't be the same. And now Olynyk gone too. The chemistry and defensive brotherhood that got us so far is gone.

And all the clowns who thought the Celtics would be lucky to win 47 games last year are cheering like we just got much better.
