Not a good thing, nor good timing, given we are still in the playoffs and Doc has openly mused about this being his last year with the Celtics. If Thib is interviewing with NO, then maybe Doc has let it be known internally that he's not leaving OR Thib doesn't feel like the job will be his if/when Doc leaves.
