NBA Player Contract

A friend of mine sent me a copy of an NBA Player Contract.
Some of you might find it interesting.
The terms of the contract (years and compensation) are added as a separate Exhibit.
I know they can add additional language as additional Exhibits, but the language in this standard contract is pretty simple to understand.
