Evening all,

well I know the Knicks are doing a tremendous job on defense, but is that any justification for the Celtic's circus shots and circus passes? It just looks like they still haven't figured out what they want to do on offense. And that with a supposedly reduced play-book.

Let's hope for a better second half.

Smart D by the Knicks. Leaving Rondo open for jumpers really stalls our offense.

Our second half keys will be defense and transition. If we can get some looks for Ray that will help open things up for us.

Kenny Smith pointing out that if Billups would just get up on Rondo we would be completely cooked. Gladly, Billups isn't watching!

Any time Rondo is the leading scorer in the first half, we are usually losing. He is not getting the ball to the right people in the right spots. Granted Billups isn't playing any D on him, but, we do have some good shooters on this team who are not getting the ball. How in the world does a shooter get in a rhythm if he can get his hands on the ball?

Knicks defense has surprised us, they are packing the paint, its almost a zone at times, hope Paul and Ray can come alive

Berlin,

I'm not sure "justification" is the word because it implies the Celtics have a choice and are blowing it. The Knicks are causing poor shots and poor passes. The Celtics are seldom getting a good look on their first option. And, as they go to second and third options, they're running out of shot clock. Guys are not getting the ball in their preferred shooting positions, so they're not being placed in a position to succeed. People like Ray and Glen are being forced to create their own shots (only two assists for Rondo), and that is not their strength.

The Celts are handling the baseline drives of the Knicks better now. Here's hoping they continue putting out this kind of energy and the Knicks keep cooperating with quick, low-percentage shots.

It's a 7 game series so a long way to go, but I say the Cs need to come out in this 4th quarter and crush the Knicks, and break their spirit.

That's my Ray====finally taking the ball himself and doing something!!!

Delonte looking tentative out there until that last shot, if he gets going, it will be great.

I like this small lineup we're playing right now.

We need speed and Rondo, Green, West and Ray are our best bets in that department.

Ros,

JO may have started, but I think Davis is the closer. Tough choice for Doc as JO has really played well.
