To me a successful season is if we have the opportunity to compete for the title. A lot of things have to go right for any team to win it. If you have the right players and they are good enough to be successful in the playoffs, then you have a "'chance". Does Atlanta have a chance, No IMO, Denver, etc. Celtics, I believe we have that chance, especially if we could add that one player.

What Eastern Conference team stands head and shoulders above the Celts? None, though I am concerned about the Bulls when Rose comes back. The Knicks, no. The Nets, nah. The Hawks, please! The Heat? They're worse than last year and we're better - and we came within a dozen minutes of beating them last year. This Celtics team stands a chance. That's all we can ask for. That, and another center.

here is a question about pauls contract, coudl he be bought out- then resign with Boston?

could he agree to play for only the garunteed portion of his contract?

I don't think Paul can get traded, be bought out and resign with Boston. I think maybe there is a timeframe of like a year before he could. Haven't looked it up though for sure.
If you mean Boston buying him out and then resigning, I am not sure about that either, but probably not though.

Candace Parker is not only a forward known for her defense (WNBA), but she is also quite attractive. It would have been better with side-by-side pictures of the two.
