Pretty dumb move by Bayless to turn right into the Mav guy's body.

Why do the Celts go for fakes when the guy with the ball is behind the backboard.  OF COURSE he's going to pass.

Nice little jumper by Avery.  He has confidence in that shot and creates it for himself, using picks.

Why? Easy call for the ref, even if he is wrong. His feet were not set

You Jerryd, that's this thing called a defender.  Because of that thing, a straight line is not always the shortest way to the basket.  Got it, Jerryd?

Brooklyn won, Philly lost, Utah lost, Atlanta won, Chicago lost.

No breaks going our way tonight, so far.

Geez, I hope Cooz is doing okay.  I know he was a virtual recluse for at least a couple of months after his wife died.

I hate to say it, but some of their fundamentals are just horrible.

Yes, Rosalie.  My dad and I were there.  Not a dry eye between us.  I attended the first game of KG at TD Garden, and I bought a ticket to save an empty seat for my dad,  He loved the Celtics too.  It only seems like more than a half century to me when I realize that my dad died in 1990.

Much better, Chris.  Love to see him hit those mid-range shots.  Good bounce, sully.

Couple of good plays by Green in a row. A key steal and a 3.

Nice tip-in by Kelly following a nice defensive rebound by Kelly.  And now another defensive board by Kelly.  Great energy by Johnson, stealing the 50/50 ball.
