Brad seems the epitome of encouragement in action.  As advertised, he seems to err in the direction of giving more rather than less attention to details.  I like his refusal to assume that the players are all conversant with all the basics and yet he doesn't embarrass them in his delivery.

At this juncture, it would be difficult to pinpoint as big an asset among the players as Brad is on the bench.
