HOW WOULD RED HAVE HANDLED RONDO? Empty HOW WOULD RED HAVE HANDLED RONDO?

I was thinking last night, how would Red have handled Rondo?

Would he have been a hard ass and say take this next contract or leave, or would he have performed some mastery sales pitch to keep Rondo here focusing, on the big picture to keep him here...........by not only the money aspect of a contract, but by staying the claim of becoming a legend as one of the greatest Celtics players?
