Nice play by Pressey to draw the foul early in the 2nd.

Mirotic again. I'm getting sick of hearing his name.

Hey gyso, when you moved south, did you sell your snowblower or just demolish it?

Somebody at least try to put a hand in front of Brook's face when he is shooting. Just try

I wanted to put it out front as a lawn ornament to remind me why I moved down here. Wax it up nice, all shiny and red.

Janie said, "NO!".

So I had to sell it.

Someone who's watching: How did the Celtics call a timeout immediately after Phil hit a shot?

I don't know, but there was 16 seconds between the two events.

Get used to Turner, if they end up trading Thornton we will see Turner more unless Pressey makes Stevens think more about giving him more time. The kid has heart, I love the way he plays.

Strikes me that Bass is the player of the game right now—at both ends. Of course, that's just an educated guess from this running account I'm following.

Sorry, that was after Bradley made the shot.

There was only 8 seconds between the Pressey shot (8:53) and the timeout.

At 8:45, there was an Official timeout

Hi Sam, you still in Nassau? Even though I cannot go out in the sun at all, I am jealous. This cold is killing me.

In Michael Jordan's last season as a Bull, the Celtics lost their last regular season game against them, 111-88.

How many points did Antoine Walker score?

Ground rules:

Exact number or less wins.  Over is out.  Closest guess wins a Kewpie Doll!!
Contest is closed to new entries with 6 minutes to go in the 4th quarter.

Bonus (Tiebreaker) questions:

Who was the Celtics high scorer?
Who was the Bulls high scorer?

Sam guessed 23
Radja/Jordan

Rosalie guessed 18
Pierce/Pippin

any more guesses?

Still here Rosalie. We go home on Sunday.

Two really nice weather days out of six so far, but we're having a great time, especially with the dad of the boy I became guardian for so he could attend school in the U.S. around 1971. The dad's a musician (really great and classically trained), and his wife is also a musician. Some senator or prominent guy of one type or another persuaded Paul to publish a book of Paul's very interesting life as a native Bahamian who has been a troubadour all over the world. And I've been elected to write the book. So we've had plenty to talk about.

10 Celtics played in the 1st half, all 10 scored, 7 contributed an assist and 9 contributed a rebound.

Not bad!

58-55 Celts at halftime. Favorite halftime stat: Early in the game, the Bulls had outscored the Celtics in the paint, 12-2. Since then, the Celts have outscored the Bulls in the paint, 22-14. A sure sign of taking the ball to the hoop. And, sure enough, the Celtics have taken only four 3-point shots (made 2), while the Bulls have taken 14 (made 3). The Celts are also out-rebounding the Bulls, 24-18.
