Very similar sounding to Reggie Miller contemplating coming out of retirement at like age 41-42 to play with the 2007-08 Celtics after twp full seasons out of the league.
Ray should have taken a year off and then joined the Cavs before this season. I think his body is still in amazing shape and he can still shoot, but he can't defend anybody and probably couldn't play more than 6-8 minutes a game. Like a couple 2-3 minute stretches to get loose and get a rhythm and then the last 1-2 minutes of close single possession games where teams go offense/defense and maybe the Warriors would sub him in over Iggy to take 3's.
Doubt he would make much of an impact though.

I find Karl Malone and #ringwhore incompatible concepts. But I can't think of a more deserving roster spot in this situation. No one ever lost his phone contact. lol
