Kevin Durant was greeted with loud boos from Boston Celtics' fans in Friday's 104-88 win by the Golden State Warriors at the TD Garden.

Draymond Green defended his teammate and warned Celtics' fans that the tactic may deter future free agents.

MY NOTE: He's right, that was stupid by the fans in attendance. We were one of only 6 teams Durant met with. We were, based upon everything I read, one of the last 3 teams he leaned towards. We lasted longer than Jedi Mind Trickster Pat Riley, we lasted longer than Doc (who had/has a pretty damn good team, better than ours) and, as it now appears, we lasted longer than Russell Westbrook (he didn't tell OKC ownership right away, but it is obvious now that he had no intention of returning to OKC as long as Westbrook was still there). We were hanging on the final decision while others had already moved on. Considering where we are in our rebuild, that's pretty good. We are rebuilding, while GSW is already built. It is understandable why he went there. They were a couple of stupid Draymond Green technicals and flagrants from being back-to-back Champions. We should appreciate being that deep into the conversation instead acting like a bunch of New England drama queens.
