Celtic winning culture? Pressure on Stevens and his staff?
Before the Irving for Thomas, Crowder, Zizic and the Nets pick trade, I thought that the 2018 roster looked stronger than what we ended last season with partly because we had added more talent, had a fairly large part of the team's core returning and still had the great coaching staff led by Stevens.
Now I have to think that the overall talent level from 2017 to 2018 is pretty even, but the core of the team has been further stripped with leaders like Thomas and Crowder now in Cleveland, I feel that the pressure to re-develop (or, continue) the "Celtics way/culture" especially falls on Stevens and his staff.

Brad will create continuity out of chaos and the Celts will be quite competitive come playoff time.
