Just read an article in Herald that Falk, Jeff Greens agent was blown away how well JG was treated by C's and particularly Danny Ainge all through his whole heart process.....makes me feel great to know were a class act.

Now I'm getting really excited, KG back for 3 years, tutoring the 2 new BIGS!!!

The guys on NBA TV are calling Sully the steal of the draft, thanks media for overblowing this kids tweaks, all athletes have little knicks. I wasn't excited on draft night, now starting to think this kid has enough talent and moxie to help us with his offense, post up and rebounding.

Bottom line we can develop both these picks and even Joseph can run and run with Rondo and AB and J Green, all we needed was a more size and rebounding, the skill players and runners are in place....can't wait to see what we look like with more size and depth and youth.

I think a lot of people forget that he was hurt last year as well. I think he still has plenty in the tank. He will shoot a lot better next year. I bet we see a quote with him before long about how KG coming back for 2 more years are motivating him.

this added depth Melo, Sully, Steamer, JJJ, maybe Wilcox for KG and Jeff Green and Kris Joseph who I think can play, for Pierce is gonna make the 2 HoFers so much fresher and better. Joseph is an athlete, can run and defend, hes bred for uptempo, thinking he could also find minutes at SG. We got some young bruisers for the frontline and with Rondo and AB the fastest and best defensive backcourt in the league. I'm seeing loads of DEPTH.

Woohoo!!! BIG signing (well, technically he can't until after 7/1 but...)

According to Marc Spears, the deal is 3 years, $34M.

In related news, Danny submitted a qualifying offer to Steamer. For a kid who wasn't drafted and realized he was privileged to play next to and learn from one of the truly transcandendent players at his position, he'd be a damn fool not to grab this contract.

Just to get another year of KG barking and cursing at him.

With the addition of Melo, that might let Wilcox play more PF. He's undersized at 5 but he'd be a brute at 4.

You forgot about Sasha (or maybe you didn't forget). Josephs is a 2nd rounder and therefore is not guaranteed a contract, much less making the team and, quite frankly, I'm not expecting him to.

Moore is a free agent. I'm guessing he'll be back, but there's no guarantee.

i sort of included joshep as its really up to boston to pick him up if we wanna.. i did make a mistake including moore though forgot his status..

allen its been stated by Doc and danny as having a fair shot/ Steimsma has already expressed a desire to remain and with the q/o i think one way or another its gonna happen/ didnt peitruss indicate he was just gonna wait in boston for KG to sign back up then he would??/ green and boston already have a love affair, its just about the details in a contract/ daniels just always comes back/ wilcox and dooling are maybe question marks but i think i recalled something about Dooling thinking this was the place he'd like t finnish up things at..

sasha, is one guy who ive never heard anything about wanting anything long term here, i just got no clue about him in terms of coming back

He'll bowl over anybody who gets in Rondo's way, though. Sort of a one-man "student-body left".

I can't imagine he wants to stay, there is something there between him and Doc, because he never saw the playing floor during the playoffs. I could see them resigning Dooling, they like him alot, and Daniels, well he proved how good he could be during the playoffs. I don't know about Wilcox, I know they liked him, but taking on another guy who has had medical issues??????
