Perhaps more than a rumor.

Sacramento sends Tyreke "the freak" Evans to New Orleans in a sign-and-trade for PG Greivas Vasquez and C Robin Lopez.

The Pelicans have quickly turned into somewhat of a dangerous team. They're not going to be contending for the Championship now, but they're taking big, bold steps forward. First you have to make the playoffs and get that experience. Then, the next year you go deeper into the playoffs.
