Nets' options
Only posting this because we have a significant interest in their success (or lack of it) for the next century or so:

Re: Nets' options
They are just whistling past the graveyard. If Danny can't unload Gerald Wallace@ $10M why would someone take a $24M contract of a 34 year old guard in a now guard-heavy league?
Jeff Green? Jeff Green makes $9M this year and his contract is expiring this year too.
Which longterm contract is this author saying the Lakers would want to give up for Joe Johnson and how would Kobe and JJ co-exist at SG? They're both old, half court players now.
This is just more of the NY press trying to keep NY basketball fans feom committing suicide, like the Rondo-Amar'e rumors of last year.
If one of those numbnuts proposed a specific deal, with specific players that actually made sense then I'd listen.
How about this? Deron plus their 2017 or 2019 first round pick to Boston for Wallace and Amir (as soon as it can be done)?
