Oakland, San Fran and San Jose papers' coverage of tonight's game:

It helps when Curry has as many turnovers (9) as made baskets. Hard to believe we won this without Crowder who is such and important defender for us. Vegas had Celts as an 11 1/2 point underdog tonight. Poor free throw shooting (missed 11 out of 30) in the game and still won. Sullinger and Turner were a combined 3 for 3 on three pointers. That's almost beyond comprehension based on their season's stats from long distance. Golden State made 20 threes (and shot 46.5% on them) and Boston still won. That's incredible.

That should satisfy the apetite of board members who want to revel in this tremendous win.

Re: West coast print coverage of tonight's Celtic win, and more
Thanks, Steve.
I have to point out that, while we were playing with Jae Crowder, GSW was playing without 6th man and last year's Fials MVP Andre Iguodala and back up center Festus Ezeli.
Nevertheless, injuries are part of the game. That's why you have, and develop, a bench.

Re: West coast print coverage of tonight's Celtic win, and more
Thanks Steve for all the links
Fockin Avery Bradley has been unbelievable of late especially on defense. I've always loved watching bigs like Cowens and Silas and KG and Perk kick ass and take names in the paint, but AB is also as good as it gets defensively to watch. As I'm watching the game I'm waiting for him to make a big defensive play/stop and he ALWAYS comes through with a big play. He took on 4 premier guards in the last 2 games that have mad scoring ability and either shut them down and/or had huge impactful defensive moments.
Last night when IT had moments guarding Curry, AB started out on him, I was yelling at my son, they gotta put AB on him. Then I heard the commentator note that Klay Thompson had 2 40 point games this month and figured Stevens knows what he is doing and AB got in on Thompson like he does and moments later had a huge block on him leading to a break for us other end. Smart also had moments defending Thompson and did really well, whats better than one pitbull? Two pitbulls, Curry also went off in the 3rd, he was very clever using picks sometimes multiple picks to get AB off him for a split second as AB was still dogging him as much as humanly possible. Two more great AB plays that had me and my son screaming like the old daze were AB and Amir helping to pressure Curry into a halfcourt violation and the play of the game, defending a 3 on 1 break, AB came up with a steal directly leading to a 4 point swing at a crucial point in the 4th.
Also on both last 2 games I got the visitors feed for Blazers and ESPN feed for GS, was amazing how many accolades they were giving to Avery's defense. One last thing Draymond Green talks way too much, wish we had a Perk like enforcer to body slam him.
