Tough one tonight as Horford and Crowder play their 2nd games since coming back from injury.

No doubt about that. At least tonight should be a bounce-back game. I expect a much better effort from the guys tonight.

It'll be interesting to see what we do when Boston goes small. Stay big, or try to matchup? Towns can cover Crowder, I'd think. But might be a good time to put Bjelica in the game too.

The Celtics wings are physical much like the Grizzlies. And now that Horford is back, we will have a tough time matching up with his size and strength.

Facing the Grizz and the Celtics is a night and day difference. Grizz stop you from getting into transition and getting into halfcourt sets. The Boston wings have defensive reputations, but I think they're a much softer defense. And I'd much rather have Towns play against a Horford/Amir frontcourt rather than a Gasol/Randolph frontcourt. Big difference!

The way Wiggins stands is hilarious. Bothered me since his freshman year at KU

That may be useful, but I never seen Wiggins sprint before...

Their reputations are earned. They have arguably the best group of perimeter defenders in the entire league.

Well I think eventually some of this will fall on Thibs right? I think there is too much trust the process going on and he’s been clear of blame. He has to play some part in this team being garbage in 2nd halfs.

I feel bad for the Sixers fan that stopped by. He seemed nice and he’s already a Sixers fan and then he had to feel what it’s like to be a Wolves fan. I mean, trauma stacks up you know.

Based on that game and that game only I feel validated in having wanted the Wolves to pay Al Horford this past summer.

Nerlens noel. I feel like that’s the guy the wolves will trade for. He’s everything thibs wants in a center, defensively. He hustles, gets boards, and gets steals. He’s horrendous on offense but can absolutely anchor a good defense w/ his traits. It’s going to happen.

Boston got on a run, got super fired up and played some stellar defense. We wet our pants.

We were outscored at the PG position 41 to 7.

I did think KG shoulda given them 1 more year. If not for the 8m then to be a mentor/coach on the bench in situtions like like last night's 4th quarter and also so he can go into the HOF with Pierce (not have to shove his way into the Kobe/Duncan love-fest) and be the only NBA player in history to play in 4 decades of his life, since he turned 40 in May. Oh well. 

And any chance the Wolves are doing a subtle tank this year? In a really good draft the difference between picking 6th-11th and 12th-17th (which is where their potential on paper is) might be the difference between another starter for their elite young rotation or just a hit or miss 'blah' guy no better than Muhammad or Payne.
