Why are they playing on TNT on a Monday?  (MY NOTE:  Hint, it isn't because people want to watch the 21-27 Pistons)
Why is Jonas Jerebko starting for a team 10+ games over .500?
Why do the Celtics seem to get better each year as the season goes on?

Wonder if they have more retired numbers than the Lions..........

The Celtics have an NBA record 21 retired jersey numbers. The Lions have 5 retired numbers.

I got a feeling boys! We're gonna be pissed, they can't rebound and we can stop IT. W coming on TNT!!

This is winnable. Boston isn't invincible and when have played well against them the past couple years.

Expecting a loss but who knows, we seem to beat teams we shouldn't and get killed by teams we should beat.

That's the reason Dre doesn't get as many shot attempts as some of you claim he should....dude can't catch. Can't properly get good position to even be in a position to catch. Dude doesn't want it bad enough.

Is it really going to matter when Thomas beats Reggie into the lane and dishes to a wide open man or scores because Andre has no shot blocking ability? Itll be more of the same pathetic defense that we have been seeing but now the national audience will get a taste.

I love how a team so much better than us is starting 2 of our former bench scrubs.

I hope we lose again...As much as it pains me to say this: I’ve seen enough, time to think about the future. And until we’re gone from the playoff contention for good, Van Gundy won’t make any pro-tanking moves, he will play f***in Aron Baynes for 20 minutes and we will end up with a 13th pick, no cap space and no hope. I’m not saying we should blow things up, but it’s time to push the brakes and give minutes to young guys, I want Ntilikina or Miles Bridges on this roster next year.

If you want Miles Bridges, we could keep doing what we are doing. He will be available around pick 13 so we don’t need to tank. Shoot a little bit higher if you are advocating for tanking.

Don’t remember SVG having any interest when Thomas was a free agent before Boston signed him. His $ 6.6 Million / year contract looks pretty good.  (MY NOTE:  We didn't sign him, he was already on his contract when Danny traded for him)

Of course All Horford is back after missing two games *sigh*

These TNT in-game guys are absolutely awful.

Kevin Harlan is okay. His voice is better than his insights. McHale is knowledgeable. He's just boring.  (MY NOTE:  Actually, McHale isn't boring at all, he just plays boring when he is doing color commentary in Bahston so he doesn't come across as a homie)

Get to watch the Celtics win and Pistons lose at the same time. The worst.

Jerbco is starting? This should be fun

They should bring the Pistons defense to All Star Weekend for the 3 Point Contest. Have them run around inside the arc, help the shooters set records.

Harris ...it’s Isaiah Thomas. Not crowder. Nobody needs a fade-away 16-footer on a guard you have huge height advantage on. harris’s game is not intelligent enough ongoing.

We're terrible, capped out, and we missed with the Stanley Johnson pick bad. SVG has been a major disappointment. Not sure I trust him to draft in top 10 again.

Kevin McHale was a great player and also does a good job in the booth. Not so good as a coach.

Pistons could have had McHale, but that moron Dick Vitale pushed for a trade for Bob McADon't instead and gave up the rights for that McHale pick.  (MY NOTE:  Never knew this.  We traded Bob McAdoo to Detroit for, what turned into, the #1 pick in the 1980 draft, which we traded to GSW for Parish and the #3 pick which was McHale.  Bob McAdoo for Parish and McHale.  Now THAT'S a steal!)

I remember it going around that Stan had interest in adding Isaiah Thomas to the Pistons sometime before Boston ended up making the trade for him and I remember a ton of people laughing and saying it would be a horrible move to make etc...

I remember the Pistons wanted Thomas, but the Celtics outbid us at the last minute.  (MY NOTE:  You couldn't come up with a better offer than Marcus Thornton and a late 1st round pick?)

Yeah I just looked it up... They got Thomas from Phoenix for Marcus Thornton and the Cavs 2016 1st round pick. They gave up a chunk for him.

He had a chance to get IT he also wanted a starting role coming from phx it's been well earned

Go look at the numbers, Thomas is "THAT great" right now. I didn't love the way we defended him down the stretch, but he made contested shots also. They weren't just giving him wide open looks by any means.

Thomas had 24 in the 4th and 40 overall, reminds me of someone who did that last year for us. Though that players seems to be absent

The last 5 or 6 minutes we got killed by Thomas, who is a great player right now, not fair to just overlook that part of it.

He's not THAT great. Our guards defense stink  (MY NOTE:  Then I guess every team's guard stink too.  He isn't the #2 scorer in the league and #1 in the 4th because we play Detroit every game)
