Pierce Needs Off Season Treatment

It seems these occurrences of "Stingers" for Pierce and his ever-increasing problematic shoulder condition should require off season attention in the form of concentrated therapy, treatment, or surgery. These incidents are becoming too frequent and disruptive to his offensive and defensive contributions to the team. Team medical staff and management need to take a stern (not David or Daniel) with Pierce and not let him soft peddle his way out of getting this situation rectified!
