In my opinion, game three is thee game for the Celtics. A win large or small will send a clear message to the rest of the NBA that we are back. It will also help us shorten the series and keep our legs fresh.

In the second and third quarter, that has been the best defense I have seen in a long, long time. It was pure vintage Celtic Defense!

I'm guessing the point spread for game three will favor Miami by 3 or 3 1/2. Boston was favored by 4 1/2 for game one and there is usually an 8 point difference between home and away.

Vegas point spread has the Celts as a 4 point underdog. That's their way of saying on a neutral court the teams are even. Here's the site I like the best for checking point spreads and odds:

That's the thing, they had it in them and for whatever reason-injuries, infighting,
lack of care for the regular season, they turned it off after Christmas. I got negative on the players and the team for that reason and that reason only, they were not playing to their full potential and I get negative on any one or team who has the ability and wastes it!

If they can end it in 4 or 5 games and get a real good rest, they have a real shot at taking the next series-don't care if its Cleveland or Orlando. One thing I do know after watching sports all these years, you get on a roll and players believe in what they are doing, its hard to stop them.

One more game, then a little rest. That is what I am hoping for with tomorrow's win. Everyone is locked in right now, and I feel they will take this game. Wade has got to be getting tired! I almost felt sorry for him last night.

Jeb - did you read the statements by Rondo after the game Friday night? He said he just wanted to get the ball to PP and get out of his way, he was so positive Pierce would win the game for them. It was good to hear him praise one of the "older" guys, maybe the hatchet has been buried??????

I can feel Wade getting so fed up with Pat Riley and all his bullshit,why not come to a team with a great young and old crew?Imagine Wade with Rondo in the backcourt and Ray as the 6th man?

Awesome!! This is what I feel Ray will become on this team. And, he has said many times he knows that things cannot always stay the same. Imagine that lineup???? Unbelieveable.
