I watched this live last night, and posted about Doc's retirement gift of a wheelchair to Pierce.  It was entertaining with KG, Pierce, Perk, Davis and Rondo. For the most part, Rondo didn't have much to say, but Perk made some interesting points.  They covered a lot of ground, including the Ray issue.  It sounds like, given time, Ray's departure will get smoothed over and forgotten.  They're waiting for Allen to say something, and I'm sure there will be opportunities as 3 of them become eligible for HOF status.  When it does happen, maybe the fans can finally give it a break too.  No need to be critical of, or dance around, an important part of team history.  And no reason not to celebrate every aspect of that last title.

It's always advisable to listen to both sides of the story before passing judgement.

It was pretty obvious to me that KG was not ready for that conversation. When Shaq and Barkley came on TNT, they flashed to KG and the gang sitting there. KG kept making a signal to them to cut it out, running his hand across his throat (in other words CUT). They broke away for a commercial and I guess they guys were told they had to talk about it sometime, so last night was as good as any night. That is when the conversation started.

It is a really tough story to talk about obviously but, according to those idiots on Comcast, they made fools of themselves by talking about it. Chris Mannix told them they were wrong, that more people wanted to hear how they felt. Curran kept saying he couldn't care less and that bird brain girl had some foolishness coming out of her mouth.

Whether you agree or disagree, it was interesting to hear what they had to say. They did not rip Ray apart, which is what those reporters were hoping for.... This really is too bad, but the way it sounds, they really were not as close as it was portrayed. sad, it would have been great to see them all retire here and have their numbers go up if they won a couple more. It will be interesting to see if they ever resolve their differences.

They said he was claiming that he got hacked, but Scal said just a short time ago that he believed it was something Ray would have put out.  Interesting?
