What a sad case Allen Iverson's life has become. He can't afford a cheeseburger? Maybe get it without cheese.
Anyway, I'm sure he gets a nice pension from the NBA for his 14 seasons being an active player. But probably alimony payments and child support for his 55 kids eats up that and more. Or maybe he's just saying that so he can get his child support payments reduced. That's a standard practice, although we know Iverson was allergic to practice.
Unbelievbly he's still only 41. I would've guessed he'd be closer to 50 than 40 by now. Maybe he can go play in China.

Steve, this is a bullshit click bait story. Same headline was used for a Larry Bird click bait.
Wikipedia - On May 14, 2015, Iverson appeared on CBS This Morning in support of a Showtime Network documentary on his life, during which he addressed long-discussed rumors of financial struggles, denying any notion that he was struggling. "That's a myth. That's a rumor... The fact that I'm struggling in any part of my life", he said.[100]

Thats a click bait article. Most of it is not true. They had another one with Larry Bird stating he was broke too.
