Jerry West leaving Warriors to join Clippers

Still a West Coast guy.

I am sure that the Clippers hope that whatever Jerry West brought to the Warriors that he can do the same for them. He probably felt that he had little left to do with the Warriors as they are certainly on the top of the mountain in the NBA at this time.

This guy is still all basketball. Cripes he is the "logo" for many reasons.

And, even though the Clippers seem to be in much better hands these days, they still rank as one of the NBA's longest lasting messes so a credible legend like Jerry West can only help them.

Funny thing is, those two franchises HATE each other.

He said many times (on the radio out here) that he wanted to join the lakers. They never asked. When Magic took over, he never asked...........
Word on the street is that West will hire Kupchak as his assistant. I think that's Karmic!!
