According to a league source, Celtics point guard Isaiah Thomas is headed to Boston to be part of the Gordon Hayward meeting tomorrow.

There are also reports that Al Horford just flew in from Atlanta today also.

The presentation is scheduled for tomorrow.

I mentioned under another thread that fans should be prepared to see Hayward stay in Utah or go to Miami.

I think the most likely outcome is that he signs with Utah and locks in guaranteed money for 5 years. The Celtics will need Brad Stevens to be at the top of his game recruiting Hayward for the 2nd time.

It would be foolish to disparage Boston.

Don't be so sure about that. According to things I have read about his negotiation tactics, he is not above this at all. But, Hayward is a grown man, been in the league a while so he knows what to expect. The banners all over the place was a bit overkill, but that is Riley

Several are tweeting that the Jazz front office will meet with Hayward in San Diego. He lives near San Diego.

That would also keep the Celts who are heading to the Utah Summer League away.
