Re: POST GAME MIL. BUCKS - AWAY
Let's be honest: the Celtics could be 5-0 right now even without Hayward. In the 2 games we lost, we still had opportunities to win.
This game was a remarkably complete effort. Tatum and Brown, despite not explosive on offense, did just enough.
-Kyrie was amazing, and it's hard to believe the things he can do. He took over when the offense fell through. It's great having a guy that can do it so effortlessly.
-Horford is a damn good player. His impact on this team goes far beyond his stats (which are pretty good anyway).
-The C's did a great job on Giannis. He averaged 37 ppg and they held him to 28.
-Baynes is a BEAST. He really has no reservations about delivering punishment in the post. He has a simple message: you come in the lane and you're going to get hit. Hard. He's also solid on offense in being able to score around the basket as well as mid-range shots. This may be the best dark horse pickup.
Defensively, this team is very good. I know we were talking about losing Bradley and Crowder, but we don't really miss their defense.
