Both teams will be well rested. It will be interesting to see if BOS gets back any of their banged up players. They are a MASH unit right now. Irving isn't making this trip and Brown is still in concussion protocol.

I like to see how for real THIS Nurkic is, baynes and Horford are good Defenders, I like to see how he plays against them

You want to see how our starting center plays against Baynes and Horford? Why? How in the hell does that apply to the success of our team as we come down the stretch and into the playoffs. Call me confused on this one.

They are good defenders and Boston is one of the best defensive teams, Remember last Game in Boston? Nurkic started great in the 1st quarter and then he was terrible. I like to see if he has some consistancy now.

I am fairly confident about this one. If they had Irving and Brown then I would maybe be a little worried but with the line up they are likely to put out there we should get the job done. Their bench options are extremely uninspiring.

If we lose this....... SEASON OVER !

According to the Family leave act of Oregon Dame can take 14 days off for the birth of his child.

Or he can take 12 weeks if he wants also. That works out to June. Just in time for the finals.

He doesn’t have to take them all at once; he has 365 days to take them. So he could take a few weeks before the WCF, then a few more before the ASG in 2019 to be rested for the second championship push.

Tonight's game is going to be a massive test. I hate to play teams with injured star players. Cause some dude comes from the end of the bench to have big games and nobody accounted/scouted/expected them. Some stupid dude playing for a contract will score 30 tonight for the C. We don't know who ... (MY NOTE:  That would be Marcus Morris dropping 30 on your heads, and he's under contract for another year)

I’m seeing this as a must win. We only have a handful of home games left, and the Celtics are massively undermanned (more so than the first time we planned them). It may be ugly, given that this is the defense-first Celtics and they’ll probably muck it up even more than usual since it’s their best chance, but I’m predicting a solid win tonight.

Boston The way they steal games is a sign of great coaching and execution down the stretch. Hopefully Stotts doesn’t get outcoached again by Brad Stevens.

The last 2 games Tatum has scored 23. He likes to play close to the basket so that’ll be a bit different? Beware of hungry young bucks Dame and CJ used to be such and hopefully still are.

Cs fan here As a Celtics fan I’m honestly not feeling real confident about this one. They are definitely being really cautious with their injured players right now with the hope that they’ll be 100% for the playoffs. If some of your young guys can continue to develop(Napier, Collins, Swanigan) you could have a bright future. Probably could use a small forward for your starting unit too, but looks like y’all are starting to get going. Good luck.

I can't put my finger on it, but when we're up and ET comes in I always expect that he'll kill our momentum and he always seems to. I don't think that he actually does, but it seems to me like he does.

Blazers are really out their pressuring on defense and trying to force Boston into tough shots. If Boston wasn't a ridiculous 3 for 4 from 3 point land they would have a much worse score in this game.

We look like we're out to bury them early. I don't think I've ever seen this Trail Blazers team play with this kind of attitude.

By far, one of the season's worst losses. Bench players looked like they'd never played before.

Celtics started their bench because their starters are injured. They brought g-leaguers off their bench. No excuses.

3 Celtics players shot more FT's then Dame in a very physical game where Dame was getting hit all night long.

This is why you can’t trust this team to beat any teams. How can you lose to a team missing their top 5 players?

oh yea because the refs NEVER decide anything in the NBA and we should never criticize them because they are perfect. Also if you have read any of my earlier post you would see that I was not blaming this loss on the refs simple pointing out different facts about tonights game as I did with a few different things but sure take that post as an indication that I think the refs decided this game.

It's rude that Dame didn't schedule his baby's birth for the off season. The key is to be like Shawn Kemp and have so many kids you just don't care when they're born.
