How about the coaching staff implementing pressure on the ball when taken out after a bucket..............never once has Brad implemented ball pressure on each basket made by us.  they move the ball really well and set up quickly.  Pressure will cut the time down for their possession.

I am a big proponent of maximum ball pressure.  It can take a few seconds off the clock.

But let us be real.  If Boston makes their shots we get a win.  As the game progressed, the Celtics were pressing to score.  There was a lot of one on one empty possessions, they set soft screens and refused to make that next pass.

Brad now gets a chance to counter.

So here we are on the threshold of another game 7.  Somewhere deep inside my soul I longed for them to get to this point.

Before we play GM, coach or player, take a deep breath.  Give thanks and appreciation for being a Celtics fan.

Agreed we have the personnel and depth now that Smart is back to mix in a full court pressing unit as a change of pace, was also waiting for our zone, which we used a few times with great results....both could create some easy baskets and get the 2 J’s going.
