A turnaround needed - Page 2 Empty Re: A turnaround needed

No one could be more disappointed than me to this beginning of the season, except maybe Kyrie!
I have spent the entire summer dreaming of an offense operating on all cylinders, balls flying thru the basket, dunks from Jason and Jaylen, and the steady improvement overall of Gordon Hayward.
All of the conversation is so gloomy, one would think that half of you want Danny to blow it up and retreat.  This is not going to happen.  Watch for some veteran players to show up at the gym for some plain, good old talking to to these players. They need a kick in the butt, period.
Can you imagine how embarrassed most of them are with the results of these first 12 games?  Nothing hurts worse than looking a Celtic great in the eye.
Many seem to want to blame Hayward for this spiral. NO. WAY.  No one could be working harder than Gordon, too much was put on his shoulders too early. He should have been eased into this season. He is passing the ball, rebounding, setting up plays, just not hitting those shots he is known to hit so easily. Give him a break, somehow, kindly, bring him off the bench.  This could help both the team and him.

KEEP THE FAITH, THIS WILL TURN AROUND, I PROMISE YOU THAT.

Everyone should recall that Brad said there will be changes going into the season. He has not been set on the starting 5 or the rotation.

Brad is not the type of coach to over react. But he will make changes as needed.

I agree with Rosalie regarding Hayward. He is getting open shots just like everyone else but he is just missing. He is however helping in other areas like rebounding. The expectations for him to play well right off the bat were probably too high. Defensively he looks indecisive and is his lateral movements are slow.
