Larry Legend turns today

Hard to believe that he came to us almost 40 years ago..

What a joy to watch this guy play basketball.

Thanks to this site, I was able to get out in front of my middle son who plays middle school bbal in Texas. He texted me on the afternoon of the 7th that it was Larry Bird's birthday...I told him he was correct and that he was 62!

I also told him to model his workout routine by taking a good hard look at Ray Allen. Now Ray's whole routine clearly borders on obsessive/compulsive, but you really cannot argue with the results and his body of work. You'd be an idiot if you tried.
