Thunder/Westbrook talking trade??
Is this where the Knicks get their "big" name??? This will be interesting to see if he does, indeed, get traded. To me it will mean that when OKC made
that George trade, they knew they would be pushing Westbrook out the door as well. He is a terrific player, but, has alot of characteristics of a guy who
wants to be "a king" . Where will he end up?

If nothing else, his giant contract is going to cost any team near the top competitive levels a lot of players to make the salaries balance out.

If I were a sadistic basketball god, I would put Westbrook on the same team with Kyrie.

Hard to believe that a guy who averaged a triple double is still a guy you may never win with.
The Thunder are ready to go into full rebuild mode.

His FG% efficiency is so bad, it takes away from all the other dynamic things that he does. He plays so hard, don’t see him able to play with that ferocity into his 30’s. If that team kept Harden, by now they have at least 2 championships IMHO.dboss wrote:Hard to believe that a guy who averaged a triple double is still a guy you may never win with.

a couple options, not using Free agents or Rookies signings (which I think require a waiting period after the season starts), all these teams need a long term solution at PG.
Miami: Dragic with Winslow or Kelly O. works salary wise
Charlotte: Batum, Monk and Bridges
Detriot: R. Jackson, Snell and one of Brown, Frazier or Thomas
Minn: Teague, Covington and Graham
I would think Miami and Minn would be the likely destinations.
NOte: Mutliple draft picks would be the main return for OKC, many of the players above are on expiring or short term deals.
