MY NOTE: We all want to win Championships. Every one of us, both members of this board as well as the "lurkers" who stop by to read what is posted without joining, dedicate time out of our lives to follow our Celtics and the NBA in general. We all also know there is more to life than hoops. This is yet another good reason for us to be proud of Jaylen Brown. One of the core tenets of the Boston Celtics, going back to the Russell era, is that the name on the front of the jersey is always more important than the one on the back.
Jaylen shows Celtic Pride by conducting himself in such a way as to bring credit to himself, his team and its fans as well as to the City of Boston, which has embraced him. Congratulations to him as well to the other 4 finalists and their clubs and fans. Leaders have followers, and Jaylen is showing he's a leader.
