Speaking of fines and possibly firings, I actually heard Scal during pregame when bantering with Abby (who he tends to bully and should cease) after she said that Middleton always kills us, say “He was only able to do that because he was playing against smaller guards like Rozier, Kemba and Kyrie”. What a moron!

Jayson made a great game winning MJ type shot that will be the start of his legend making. He is now 6'10" and probably 220-225#. What a player...and then there is Jaylen who is just as deadly an assassin. The Celtics' two Ninjas. Let's not forget about the Giannis stopper either, Marcus Smart! What other guard in the NBA could be so effective against the NBA's two time MVP? We are so blessed. Final thought: Romeo, wherefore art though Romeo? My wish for this Christmas is to see Langford blossom into a damn good Celtics starter, right alongside Aaron Nesmith. Hell, let's throw Aaron Gordon into this Christmas wish list too!

Scal is erratic with his analysis and I agree about his dismissiveness towards Abby and others. He’s a weird guy; much prefer Cornbread’s color work on the radio broadcast. Insightful and fun.Ktron wrote:Speaking of fines and possibly firings, I actually heard Scal during pregame when bantering with Abby (who he tends to bully and should cease) after she said that Middleton always kills us, say “He was only able to do that because he was playing against smaller guards like Rozier, Kemba and Kyrie”. Max is simply smarter. He has a higher bball IQ than Scal, although I must give Scal credit for this. As a player whenever the C's opponent had a made basket, Scal would inbound the ball very quickly, getting the Celtics' offense running before the other team had a chance to get its defense set. But yes, Scal is stupid to bully Abby.

Just felt like adding what a great accomplishment for 2 J’s to both hit for 30 together on opening night. With this storied franchise surprised it hasn’t happened before. Both guys are studs with similar yet different strengths that compliment each other, as long as they stay healthy, I see them both in the 20,000 club and multiple all star games.
