It was the only title I could think of for this fact...

Before training camp my thought was Semih Erden was going to be heading back to Turkey. Not likely.

Turns out the guy heading to Turkey is Allen Iverson.

Who would have guessed?

I was in Turkey last year. I don't believe they're ready for Allen Iverson. When they get a load of those tatts, they'll summon the medics. When they see his style of play, they'll slap a robe on him and turn him into a dervish. I do believe he'll get along famously with the tradition of the hookah.

I think europe might be a good fit for Iverson. The turks are crazy fans and I bet they will love his hustle (if he puts it in). I would say they will live with diva manners as long as he produces, it is not uncommon in soccer.

Hmmm. First it was Iverson going to China, now it's Turkey. I think I'll put this in the "believe it when I see it" file.
