You are too negative! Tatum and Brown didn’t go off in the first two games and Hawks are only missing Collins who’s not a good perimeter defender. If anything it allows more minutes for OO. Hawks will go 3 for 3 against the Celtics to make up for the 0 for 3 against the Knicks

“Hawks look to bounce back”. I just hope it’s not a dead-cat bounce. A win today will surprise me as well as the Vegas oddsmakers. Last several games has me feeling the Hawks are checked out. Will we give up our energy if Tatum makes his first 3 shots?   (MY NOTE:  Mee-ouch!)

The Hawks won 8 of 9 because Trae played well and missed the one game they lost. They have lost 3 of 4 because Trae has been trash in all 3 losses.  He draws two of the best guard defenders in the league today. He needs to step up and play like an All Star starter

Trae needs to step up with Collins out. I think he does. He will go on a tear and enter the ASG with momentum and not the stank of losing

over the last 4 games the Hawks are 16 points per 100 possessions better ON OFFENSE when Trae is NOT in the game. That is unacceptable from the team’s best player.

I don’t know if Collins for Smart was on the table (Boston loves Smart) but if it was Schlenk should have done that deal.  (MY NOTE:  I don't know if it was on the table either but Brad no fool and he does not like bigs who will not go out to the perimeter)

Just checked the ESPN odds for this game.   Boston: 77.6% - This leaves us with a whopping 22.4% chance.   Do they know something that we don't?  Have we had some Hawks to pass away and no one told us?  If we had a healthy roster, would that help?  Surely we're not this bad!

The Celtics may still win this game just because of the Hawks' inconsistency and the unsustainability of the shooting on both sides so far, but I don't see anything about the Celtics that makes me think they have really improved that much earlier this year. They are still very jumpshot dependent and don't move the ball all that well. Still think their recent success has more to do with a soft schedule than anything
