Disappearing Posts - Please let us know if this has affected you

It has come to our attention that some posts have disappeared, or that some members have had trouble sending a post and/or starting a thread.

We have no idea what is causing this issue or how often it occurs.  Perhaps it was due to some kind of system wide event.

Please let us know if you've had trouble with these issues or any other issue similar to this.

I haven’t noticed any problems, but I now know more than a minute ago as I looked up what PEBKAC means!

Its happened to me on 2 occasions. Last time was on Saturday. I posted a comment. It appeared and then when I went back on later it was gone.

I also tried to DM NY Celt about it but he just bounced back to me as if I wrote it to myself. Never did get to the intended.

I believe we discussed this the first time it happened.  That was about a month ago, May 29th.

NYCelt did get your PM, but he was away for a couple days.  He reported that he missed some PMs from a couple of board members.  That is why we started this thread.

We hope it was an isolated incident, but TBH, we don't know what it was.

It happened to me twice.  

Site was down and/ or difficult to access.  Nk recent issues.

I think you are talking about the night the whole forum had a glitch of some sort. I thought it was me until I messaged BobC and he was having the same problems.

I have problems a lot getting my posts thru. Thought is was just a problem with my iPad. Thanks for checking in on this
