He has previously worked with Russell Westbrook, Victor Oladipo, and Anthony Davis as well as the Maine Celtics.

The Celtics are hiring Craig Luschenat to Ime Udoka’s coaching staff in a player development role after several seasons on the G League staff in Maine.

MY NOTE: Hiring from within. Always a good morale booster for staff and applicants because they see potential advancement in front of them. It also lures talent that might go elsewhere for a short-term employment. I don't know Luschenat but if he's a high quality hire then Brad and Wyc are going about this well. When they say he "worked with" those players, in what capacity? Did they really need much development? Guards (Westbrook and Oladipo) and a big (AD). Hmmm. "Develop" how?
