The diff between us and the Celtics is they use their picks to grab Derrick White, sign/trade for brogdon, grab Horford, actual good vet role players. We use our picks to draft Jake Laravia and Z Williams. (MY NOTE: Only now that Danny's gone. Brad doesn't covet draft picks anywhere near as much as Danny)

Derrick White slots in for Smart seamlessly, that's the most impressive roster build in the league

if they’re shooting like that then the Celtics without brown, smart, and brogdon are the 2nd best team in the league behind fully healthy celtics.

Sorry but we are not a contender. We look to Boston and they were missing 3 key players and they still manage to beat us fair and square.

Celts should have won it all last year. They were up 2-1, leading in the final minutes in Game 4 at home. But couldn't close it out. But they are better this year. They are the clear favorites this year, imo.

It sucks getting beat by a team that traded for the guys I really wanted us to go after (White and Muscala). They are just better than us.

and they were without 3 of their important guys--Smart, Brogdon, and Jaylen Brown. They didnt even play.

I wanted to trade for Brogdon on draft day or before the draft and not bring back Tyus.

Its amazing that Derrick White has become a 40% 3 point shooter after being crap in this department for most his career.

Also the Cetics front office operates like they want to win a championship, the Grizzlies front office operates likes Detroit, San Antonio, Houston, Orlando and not like they want to win a championship.


I agree. Trading for derrick white and brogdon are moves to get you over the hurdle. We haven't come close to getting one of those types of moves done
