Derrick White

After the game last night, White was having problems hearing out of his left ear.  It was bad enough that he stayed in Milwaukee to see a hearing specialist and did not travel home with the team.  I remember the play, when he went down on the floor to gather up the ball and got hit in the ear. He walked around  shaking his head, but did not come out of the game.  He played the rest of the game.  After such a stellar performance not only by White but the rest of the bench players, I hope that this is not something really serious. This could throw his equilibrium off if it keeps up.  White has been so special for the team, I can only hope that he returns with good news.  This all star break cannot come soon enough for these guys to get some rest

Hopefully just something minor. D White has just been tremendous, played another great game last night.

I remember the play. Derrick turned the ball over and dove to the floor to get it back while Grayson 'the tripper' Allen made contact with his ear. Allen was able to secure the ball. It was a great defensive play by him.

Hoping that White will be ok to play tonight. He has been fantastic over an extended period of games.

The play I was talking about was where White dropped the ball, Allen tried to tie him up for a jump ball, hit his head, but White called a time out before they could call the jump. when White got up, he kept shaking his head, rubbing his ear, Williams kept talking to him. But, he stayed in the game after the time out If he is listed as probable then he must be ok, but now I see that Muscala is questionable. Thank God the break is coming, get these guys healthy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
