Kings @ Celtics Friday April 5th
Next up is the kings.
They will play the Knicks tonight in NY. The Kings are on a 4 game road trip before returning home to play their last 3 games of the season.
This is another high scoring team that unfortunately has been hit with 2 major injuries.
Malik Monk, 16.4 PPG is out with a MCL strain. Kevin Huerter, 10.2 PPG is finished for the year after having surgery to repair his torn left labrum.
The West has a grouping of 4 teams that are separated by just 1 game in the loss column
#5 Mavs 45-30
#6 Suns 45-31
#7 NOLA 45-31
#8 Kings 44-31
I expect Boston to win tomorrow because the Kings will be on the road of the second game of a B2B. They are 5-7 on the second game of B2B. They have something to play for. They want to stay out of the play-in round as do the other 3 teams in the cluster. However, the Celtics are playing with house money. They have zero pressure on them. I fully expect to see several of our starters sit this one out.

Looks like JB and DW are out tonight. Jerry Springer, still, too. Time for the JT Show!! Looks like Coach Joe wants to test my DW Out of Line Up Theory right off the bat!! Hope I'm wrong. Vegas ain't giving us much at BOS (-8.5).

Expect PP to do PP sort of things. How about a little Jordan Walsh?
Kings got beat by knicks last night so they are going to need a win tonight. Then they have to play the nets and thunder on the road before returning home. By the way i see that SGA is still out tonight @ Pacers.
As much as we complained about the schedule, it served us well. We got through the most difficult sections and are well positioned to play stress free with 5 of 6 at home.

Yeah, I'm sure you're right about that. I wonder what the over/under on his total points scored will be?

Sean Grande

Adding this to the mix.
With five games left, the Celtics could still make history at home.
The franchise scoring margin record is 14.20, set not by the '86 Celtics (13.05) or '08 (12.49), but rather '88.
(Shoutout to the '89 Cavs, who MJ took out in Cleveland "Bulls win!")
