Bibby has reached a buyout agreement with the Wizards. It has been reported that he has decided on joining the Heat.

By the way, if the Celts are interested in Murphy, they (and other clubs) can't sign him until he clears waivers on Wednesday. Until then, teams that have the cap space to pay him can claim him off waivers.
