Heat vs Pacers

Hi,
As I noted, Heat without Bosh is a better opponent for Celtics in the ECF. Now I'm not so sure.
The reason for that is blatant thuggishness of the Heat players and the fact that the league does nothing about it.
If you watched the last night's game or, you can find it on Youtube, there were 2 flagrant fouls that were judged as F1 but were clearly F2. Also, they were a retaliation. The first one - for F1 on DWade, the second one - for choking gesture in the previous game. Also, the second one was committed about 20 seconds before the end with 35(!) points lead.
The other scary thing is now they're using lap dogs, e.g. Pittman. So, even if he is suspended - who cares.
Also, I thought that flagrant fouls are reviewable during the game, aren't they?
Sorry if I sound paranoid, but remembering what happened last year.....

On a positive note, Celtics will win.

I watched the 2nd half of this game last night. Some of the worst transition defense I've ever seen. LeBum and Wade put on a clinic with running and passing. NOBODY tried to stop James. You cannot let him work up a head of steam in the opencourt.

When a team, any team, shoots 61% for the game, that's a lot more than just great shooting.

So glad the Celtics did not get David West. What a waste of space and money.

Guy has no heart, play no defense and when the going gets tough - he folds like a cheap table.

Battier was punking him all night long - and instead of fighting back hard, like Pierce does....West just went away.

Much rather have Brandon Bass.

Indy seems to have just plan quit. No work in keeping James or Wade out of the paint and no effort getting in the paint themselves. Which in part led to one of the injuries as Granger launched a three and came down on Bron's foot.

Just have to make them a jump shooting team.

Hibbert is not getting the ball down low either. Miami to there credit have been making that difficult.

Bob, If you and I could dunk 1/2 of our field goal attempts we'd shoot 61% too!

Wade says:

I watched the clip. IMO, Tyler went through the ball and his arm (just one!!) hit Wade's face after. That is a good hard playoff foul. What a baby!!

Haslem, OTOH, got no ball with his payback hit. His should be upgraded to a 2.

As for those plays...

Hansbrough vs Wade looked mostly like a hard foul where he tried to go for the ball but did not mind getting Wade too. Of course if it was a flagrant on Artest then this is too (But Artests wasnt a flagrant either..)

Haslem on Hansbrough was pure payback and intentionally trying to hurt Hansbrough, you dont block shots with two hands like that and if you do you would rather go for the arm than the face, clear flagrant 2, possible suspension.

Pittman on Stephenson, wtf? That is straight out of Artests playbook but even worse, pure intent to hurt and it was also very dangerous (Haslems really wasnt that dangerous). Should have been a flagrant 2 and a multiple game suspension.

If I am the Heat I would make very sure to not have Lebron/Wade in games any longer than necessary if they are winning game 6 or 7 because payback might happen.

Can someone please explain to me why one is a flagrant 2 plus suspension and one is a flagrant 1
