Update on Bradley

Avery Bradley is "nowhere near ready" to return from two offseason
shoulder surgeries and isn't expected back with the Boston Celtics until
at least December, Doc Rivers told ESPN Boston.

"Not even close,'' Rivers said. "I don't like to put a time limit on
injuries, but I don't think you'll see him before December -- and
there's a chance it could be closer to January.''

Bradley was a revelation last year for the Celtics, emerging as a budding star once added to the starting lineup at midseason.

Partially to brace for his absence, the Celtics restocked their back
court by adding veterans Jason Terry and Courtney Lee. Rivers is looking forward to coaching so many talented perimeter options.

"I tell you what," Rivers told ESPN Boston, "You give me [Rajon]
Rondo and Avery [Bradley] and Jason Terry and Courtney Lee and I'll take
that four-guard rotation over any other in the league."
