Amir Johnson Making Rondo Look Like a Senior Statesman

Ok, I understand getting frustrated. The Toronto Raptors are the 2nd worst team in the NBA, but this is just a case of a professional player having what amounts to a nervous breakdown.

Amir Johnson was ejected last night after wrestling with a ref for the ball after a made free throw and then throwing his mouthpiece at the ref after being restrained by Peaches and an assistant coach. The look on Don Casey's face afterwards said "I wonder if there's another coaching job opening somewhere else".

Good job by the referee.
He is not required to let him see the ball after the first free throw.
It's not real high on the priorities list, but I would like to see the league stop the dumb low fiving and touching the ball after the first free throw.
