Turnovers are bad, but inevitable. Coaches often implore their players
to avoid live-ball turnovers that lead to points in transition with Doc
Rivers going so far as to tell his players that he'd rather they throw
the ball five rows deep into the crowd than allow someone like LeBron
James to get the ball going the other way. With that in mind, here's a
