The Waterline at Marriott Long Wharf is located very nicely, almost across from Quincy Market and on the old waterfront with a nice view. There’s a subway stop about 150 feet from the hotel. They also serve a daily breakfast buffet (not officially called a brunch) from 7:00 am to noon, and they have four prices depending on how much people want to eat: $17.50, $18.50, $21.75, and $25.00 (all including tax but not tip). He'll be leaving his beautiful wife behind to babysit the boys, but I'll be making it up to her by taking her and them skiing Sunday, when I'll be the babysitter.

I just got our tickets and the young CYO point guard, pictured here as a defensive back, and I will be there.

Currently deciding on where we'll stay.

Note for college hoops fans among us: Next season my son and I will attend the Duke vs. North Carolina game at Cameron Indoor Stadium on the Duke campus. Arguably the biggest rivalry in all of sports, certainly top 3 or 4. I had to spend a stupid amount Saturday night at a charity auction to do it, but we'll be just a couple of rows behind the Duke bench.

Sorry to have missed your earlier question. The room at Cheers can fit up to 50. If we got upwards of 50 to attend, it will be private. But, if we get only one or two dozen, they reserve the right to seat other customers in the room too.
