Since the inception of the 24 second clock what is the lowest score by an NBA team for a game? What year also?

Anyone know this w/o the aide of the internet?

Without the aid of the internet I'd say that it was in the high 50's for a regular season game and it took place in the early to mid 90's, the era of tractor pull basketball.

This one's four days old, Beat. Looks like you're way ahead of everyone.

I have to admit, I finally looked it up. Amazingly low score at a relatively recent point in NBA history.

By the way, my source said that, in 1950 (well BEFORE the shot clock), the Fort Wayne Pistons "blew away" the Minneapolis Lakers 19-18 in a game. Wonder if that one went into overtime. Actually, the pace sounds a lot like tonight's Celtics-Bucks game. (I'm typing this at halftime, 12/Cool.
