Another Great Story about Bob Cousy

Sorry to interrupt the exciting Celtics' preseason, but Tommy told a story tonight that I thought everyone should know.

Sometimes, when the Celtics had a 3-on-2 fast break, Cousy would deliberately hold the ball and give it to the 5th man up for the bucket just to demoralize the opponent. Invariably, the other team would call a timeout, and they'd begin arguing with one another while the Celtics enjoyed a godd laugh in the huddle. I'm not kidding when I say those Celtics teams sometimes just toyed with the game.
