Colton Iverson in Turkey.

In his first game with Besiktas he had 8 points ,11 rebounds in 21 minutes.Besiktas defeated Selcuk Univ. 81-67.He was the best rebounder in the game.

Yeah!

I really liked Iverson's bruising game in summer league. At the time we had too many players on the roster for him to stick.

international, since you obviously follow intl hoops, could you give us a feel for the quality of the teams Iverson's club are going against and the quality/size of the centers he plays against?  Even then, stats won't tell how well he defends pick-and-rolls, etc, but it's something. If he was playing in the D-league here we'd have a better idea since they're US players with college playing history playing US style ball.

Bob..In this particular game he played against former Celtics Sean Williams who had 4 points and 7 rebounds in 31 minutes.Later I am going to tell you who are the other centers in the league,I know that Semih Erden is playing there and Carlos Arroyo play in the team that won last year championship.

Beşiktaş Integral Forex 82 - 71 Asvel

The Black and Whites stepped on the floor at the Soucoupe Arena in France with a lineup of Kartal, Lofton, Buckman, Caner and Iverson. They were down 40-36 going into the break but fought back to take a 58-53 lead after three quarters and managed to hold onto it until the end. Hot-shooting Iverson led Beşiktaş Integral Forex with 27 points.

Second game of the regular season by Besiktas and Iverson who had 9 points and five rebounds with 5-4 in field goals.Current champion Galatasaray won the game 87-82,Carlos arroyo did not play today for Galatasaray.Iverson played 24 minutes and is having foul troubles,today he had 4 fouls.
