Game On! threads this weekend
My wife and I are traveling to Charlotte over the weekend. We are driving to my Mom's house in NH this evening. We will continue our drive south on both Saturday and Sunday. We are going to spend Christmas week with three out of our four daughters and their families. Our 4th daughter lives in San Antonio and cannot attend. We will drive home during the weekend after Christmas, weather permitting.
I have made both Game On! threads for the games on Saturday and Sunday. Please note that the threads are well marked as to which game each is for.
The Celtics are off for five days in a row after the game on Sunday. I should be able to make the Game On! thread for the Cleveland game on the 28th and I should be home before the next game on the 31st.
Merry Christmas to all!!!

Re: Game On! threads this weekend
Gyso,
Merry Christmas to you, Janie, and your entire family. We hope your trip goes smoothly and is filled with family fun and relaxation.
Every once in a while, I try, but it's impossible to thank you enough for all you have done and continue to do for this board. Sometimes I conceive of you running a tractor with one hand, doing your work with another hand, and typing board posts with your nose. And Janie deserves a lion's share of the thanks for putting up with all the machinations you go through in your devotion to the board.
You are two special people, and you deserve all the best from all of us.
Thank you.

Thanks Sam and Bob.
We ended up driving through yesterday. We left Concord at 7:30 AM and arrived in Charlotte at 11:15 PM. We took our schnauzer, Sophie. She did really good. She likes to bark at the toll takers, they never give her treats like at the local bank and drug store drive-ups. (LOL)

Gyso,
The toll-takers' creed: Never show treats to a dog when the car window's open. Have a great time.

Gyso....Sam is right in one sense, we all take everything you do for granted.
Forget about all of us and have a very Merry Christmas with your family. Drive safe, and enjoy. My very best to you and yours for a healthy, Happy New Year also. I appreciate all you do also.
